4 Ways to Send Better Texts

I just downloaded Google’s new featured Gboard, we 100% think you should too.

Why?

1. GIFs – who doesn’t like GIFs? Probably people who still say JIF. Gboard makes it so much easier to find GIFs and add them into your text/group chat. YAS.
2. Glide Typing – straight up future comms that will take millennia to explain to your parents, but will annoy them to no end with how quickly you respond to texts. It takes a few tries, the best way to think about it is to have a fully formed sentence in your head, like “Hey, why didn’t you Slack me a earlier when I slacked you a taco, now Mason’s the Taco King” You start with ‘H’ then glide across to ‘e’ then back to ‘y’ –– Gboard completes your sentence for you. Don’t press the space bar, just go onto your next word.
3. Emojis  – personally don’t you feel like some of your friends have straight up memorized the emoji dictionary? Well, that was a waste of time, because now you can search through the emoji dictionary with Gboard.
4. Google Map integration – seems Google heard our heartbreak when they broke up with Apple those years ago and Apple decided to go it alone. With Gboard, you kind of have it back, you can search a place and paste it directly into your text.
