Andrew Fimka, Senior VP of Strategy and Client Services

Andrew is charged with developing and executing multi-faceted communications and engagement campaigns for a diverse roster of clients.

Sarah Ghessie, Director of Operations

Sarah brings to NJI Media experience in operations, human resources, and finance.

Ian Downie, Developer

Ian Downie has transitioned from being a Public Policy Graduate Student at the UVA to being a fresh new developer hot off the presses.

Alex Barton, Designer

Alex will be assisting with typographic layouts and content for web publications with intentions to become a master of infographics.

Nitika Dumera, Staff Assistant

Data driven and detail oriented, Nitika comprises weekly metrics for our clients and assists the strategy team with various projects.

Phillip Winston, Developer

Phillip is very early in his web development career transitioning from a Music Technology student at NYU.

Lauren Marquez, Developer

Lauren is learning the ins and outs of WordPress and Drupal, creating cool features for different sites, and becoming amazing with PHP and JavaScript.

Erin Bergmeister, Account Manager

Detail oriented, deadline driven and eternally cool under pressure, she is a key liaison between NJI’s clients and our design and development teams.
