NJI Media Names Lara Kline Chief Strategy Officer

(Washington, D.C.) — Full-service creative agency NJI Media announced today the appointment of Lara Kline as Chief Strategy Officer for the award-winning firm.  

Joining Nathan Imperiale and Josh Shultz as a member of the executive leadership team, Kline brings nearly two decades of experience to her new role. 

Kline will assume responsibility for the agency’s growing global portfolio and provide leadership across the creative and strategy teams for NJI.

NJI’s commitment to client service will be further enhanced with Kline in her new role, bringing increased resources to both U.S. and international clients. In early 2020, NJI will open a London office to better serve its clients across Europe, Africa, MENA, and Asia under her leadership.

Kline brings deep experience in supporting organizations with complex, knowledge-rich goals. As the founder of Little Tomato Marketing, she advises leadership teams from MPAA to the Kennedy Center on key strategic initiatives, blending her expertise in marketing, public relations, and creative strategy. Previously, Kline served as the Vice President for Marketing and Communications at the White House Historical Association and has held communications and marketing leadership roles for American University’s Kogod School of Business, The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and the Corcoran Gallery of Art & College of Art + Design. She began her career at Omnicom’s Fleishman Hillard International Communications.

Her work with NJI to-date has supported a range of clients in the agency’s diverse portfolio including Facebook, The Business Roundtable, Airlines for America, PATH, Jolt Cola, among others. Together with Imperiale and Shultz, Kline will continue to lead business development efforts for the company and expand the agency’s global footprint.
