In 1777, the United States adopted the design for its first national flag. In 1916, President Wilson issued a proclamation making June 14th Flag Day. America’s state flags were designed between 1893 (when some were developed to show off at the Chicago World’s Fair) and World War I. So some of these flags were definitely in need of a refresh.

It’s now 2014 and we are happy to present UnitedWeBrand.us, a reimagining of every state flag by the collective creative brain of NJI Media- our designers.

The project was featured on Gizmodo and Thrillist. It’s been published less than two weeks and our rebranded state flag images (sized as wallpapers) already have already been downloaded by the thousands.
