Quorum is a suite of public affairs tools. We created a WordPress plugin to integrate WordPress Gravity Forms with the Quorum API. This allows site contact forms to add subscribers as Quorum supporter contacts.
Installation
Simply unzip the archive, and place the plugin directory into your site’s /wp-content/plugins/ folder and activate it. Configuration options are located inside the Gravity Forms plugin settings.
