Facebook engaged NJI to develop and implement a policy collateral strategy that established consistent standards for policy teams and their local agencies.
With an eye toward campaigns that scale globally yet resonate locally, NJI designed a creative approach that is appropriate for policy topics and adaptable for multiple languages and cultures.

As we aligned our work with the new Facebook company brand, the NJI team recognized the need to build a creative ecosystem: capable of supporting diverse assets and a wide range of design capabilities, with maximum flexibility across hundreds of markets. Through active collaboration with local teams, including on-the-ground and video training, a global portfolio of resources took shape.
The global resource portfolio gives regional policy teams the ability to create materials in local languages, reflect local customs, and incorporate curated icons, photography, typography, infographics, and more. While NJI focuses on larger global campaigns, individual markets rely on NJI’s expertise to create additional resources, review assets, and problem-solve for creative demands requiring a specific cultural or regionalized approach. By continuously improving the resources, we maintain consistency, quality, and support for teams in every time zone.
