Ten years ago, Nathan Imperiale and Josh Shultz fastened their seatbelts and began a wild ride. Their vision? An agency that deviated from the D.C. norm. Their mission? Create durable client relationships, push creative boundaries, and challenge the status quo.

The sky’s the limit for NJI’s parties. Stepping into the grounded brownstone you are teleported to cruising altitude where creamy cumulonimbus clouds waft overhead.
Scared of flying? Need something to calm your nerves? Everyone has a first-class ticket with NJI! Guests can enjoy unlimited custom cocktails and gourmet bites. (I personally recommend the mini beef wellingtons.)
We encourage everyone to grab life by the wheel. Luckily, our virtual pilots are proficient in steering us out of any turbulence.

When you’re with us, you’ve won the jackpot. We put all of our cards on the table and make sure there’s an adventure with each roll of the dice.
