She leads the global portfolio for NJI, providing leadership to clients with needs across timezone and cultures. Her track record for developing impactful and award winning work is a reflection of her commitment to close collaboration and deep trust with colleagues, clients, and partners. Lara works across business development efforts, industry outreach, and NJI’s international offices as well.
Prior to NJI Media, she founded Little Tomato Marketing a boutique firm dedicated to supporting arts organizations, entrepreneurs, and executives. She lead the marketing and communications teams for The White House Historical Association, American University’s Kogod School of Business, The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, and the Corcoran Gallery of Art and College of Art &Design. She began her career at Fleishman-Hillard International Communications.
Lara holds an MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation from the University of Missouri- Kansas City and a BA in Public Communications and CLEG (interdisciplinary degree in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government) from American University.
She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two rambunctious boys. She loves spending time in art museums and exploring new cities through their food and art.
