Our dedication goes beyond words — we actively donate our time, resources, and expertise to initiatives that create meaningful change. Whether it’s supporting health, education, or local community programs, we understand that a better world begins with people.

Why We Do the Work

Our purpose is rooted in the conviction that everyone deserves opportunity and support. From partnering with the University Health Foundation after the Uvalde shooting to improve mental health outcomes, to empowering displaced youth through Parks Youth Ranch, we are inspired by the resilience and potential of our communities.

By investing in organizations like Act on Addiction (INOVA), NPHI, and the Seaport Foundation, or by working alongside the Synovial Sarcoma Foundation to find a cure for a rare cancer, we aim to foster hope, health, and growth for individuals and families.

At NJI, our focus remains on people — clients, community members, and the teams we work alongside daily. Profits are important, but they never come at the expense of our values. Success is most fulfilled when it lifts others and creates lasting, positive change.

Synovial Sarcoma Foundation

NJI currently works with the Synovial Sarcoma Foundation to enhance their online presence and connects patients with essential resources. In the past year, we’ve created engaging social media and video content, strategically crafted to elevate their brand and digital marketing efforts. Through these initiatives, we successfully helped raise critical funds via online donations, supporting their mission to improve outcomes for patients battling this rare cancer.

University Health Foundation

In the aftermath of the Robb Elementary School shooting, the University Health Foundation supported the Uvalde community with victim relief, crisis support, and trauma care. Partnering with UHF, NJI enhanced strategic communications and digital support, boosting awareness of the Foundation’s initiatives, strengthening community engagement, and fostering trust and support among Uvalde residents.

Parks Youth Ranch

Our agency proudly partnered with a new organization dedicated to supporting displaced youth in Texas. As one of our earliest projects, we focused on developing a strong brand identity and a comprehensive digital strategy to raise awareness and attract support. Through our collaborative efforts, we helped amplify their mission, ensuring that this vital cause reached the community and fostered positive change for vulnerable young individuals.

Act on Addiction

NJI provided by enhancing virtual communication for a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the stigma associated with addiction and the barriers to seeking much-needed help and support. We facilitated video conferencing and produced engaging virtual meetings to foster collaboration among stakeholders. Additionally, we created design resources to elevate the visual impact of these meetings, ensuring the organization could connect and share vital information effectively to strengthen its mission and outreach.

NPHI

NJI partnered with NPHI to enhance its digital infrastructure. We successfully transitioned their member portal to a new, more robust hosting platform, improving performance and reliability. Additionally, we integrated Constant Contact with the Member Portal, enabling seamless updates between the systems without manual intervention.

Pennies

NJI currently works with Pennies, the UK’s leading micro-donation charity dedicated to enabling and growing micro-donations through everyday digital payments. As part of this partnership, we designed and delivered a new iconography system that builds on Pennies’ visual language. This work strengthens how Pennies communicates various payment journeys and social impact, supporting their mission to make small, everyday acts of giving accessible and meaningful.
