View Project

Project Brief

The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) is the voice for independent pharmacy, representing 21,000 pharmacies and employing more than 250,000 individuals nationwide., their primary website, is geared toward current and prospective Association members who visit the site to access up-to-date resources, learn about upcoming events, and continue their professional education. We worked closely with the NCPA team to reimagine their site to provide a unique and more intuitive experience that allows users to quickly identify the content most relevant to them and provide a clear pathway to key resources.

Our Approach

After an extensive discovery process, our team set out to design a site anchored by the user experience - inviting, easy to navigate, and adaptable across all devices. We used design and UX elements that emphasized community and personalized experiences - reflected in the color palette, custom iconography, and the sitemap itself. Underlying this enhanced experience is a detailed analytics system that offers real-time feedback on the effectiveness of specific content to ensure the evolution of the website is driven by user-centric data.

The Result

The new website is a powerful vehicle to demonstrate value for members, activate grassroots efforts, educate potential members, and showcase community pharmacists as full-service medical providers. As a resource it's comprehensive and expansive while simultaneously feeling lightweight, intuitive, easy to navigate - and always - true to the core mission of celebrating and highlighting what makes independent pharmacies integral parts of many American communities.
