This year, nine members of the NJI crew stepped into bigger roles, taking on more responsibility for how we work, how we serve clients, and where we go next.

Sarah Fritz has been promoted to NJI’s first Chief Financial Officer, leading finance and people operations for the agency and helping us chart our continued growth. Vincent Levin has been named Managing Director, Client Strategy and Experience, helping guide agency-wide strategy and defining the experience of working with NJI.

Other crew members are owning more of how we operate and what we create. Sydney Novak, now Senior Director, Agency Operations, is leading the adoption of new technologies and smarter processes that enable our teams to work more effectively. Julia Melton has been promoted to Director, Event & Media Production, overseeing the growth of our video production services and turning gatherings into meaningful experiences.  Matt Stout, now Lead Multimedia Producer, continues to expand our storytelling capabilities through video production, animation, and 3D rendering.

The upgrades don’t stop there. Mehher Hasnany has been promoted to Senior Product Designer, taking a larger role in shaping intuitive digital experiences that connect the organizations we work with to their audiences. As Senior Project Manager, Tess Wilhelm will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, keeping teams aligned and every detail accounted for. Carlos Velasco has been promoted to Senior Manager, Operations, running NJI’s D.C. office operations and supporting meetings and events across the DMV. And Kristin Whitaker steps into the role of Manager, Corporate Travel & Executive Services, handling the complex logistics and executive support that keep our global crew connected and moving.

These advancements reflect NJI’s ongoing investment in our people. Their leadership will help the agency keep delivering exceptional work.
