Five New Hires Deepen Agency’s Expertise and Talent

NJI, a full-service creative agency solving complex public affairs challenges, recently announced the addition of five new team members. With headquarters in Washington, D.C., London, and Singapore, the award-winning agency continues to expand its team and capabilities to provide seamless creative services to clients across the globe.

NJI welcomes back Drew Ellis as Senior Art Director, Motion Design. Ellis brings more than a decade of experience providing creative direction to multidisciplinary teams, as well as exceptional skills in illustration and animation. Also joining the DC office are Krissy Guthrie, Senior Account Director, and Shannon McNary, Graphic Designer. Their collective experience working with brands such as Kraft, JELL-O, Novartis, and Under Armour augment NJI’s diverse team of talent. 

Late last year, NJI welcomed Addison Bailey as a Senior Account Manager and Courtney Chauncey as a Project Coordinator. Bailey’s digital strategy expertise across the healthcare, nonprofit, technology, and food and beverage industries, coupled with Chauncey’s artistic background, strengthened our project management teams.

NJI also celebrates the outstanding accomplishments and contributions of existing employees. Carlos Velasco was recently promoted to Operations Manager, Beth Reiser to Senior Project Director, and Kirsten Tieder to Senior Human Resources Manager. These promotions recognize and reflect the trio’s remarkable achievements in their roles and leadership in the agency.
